Another baking adventure.I just recently purchased a new cupcake book:
So I have more than enough recipes to last me while I'm baking to relieve stress. I had been baking a lot of thickly sweet cupcakes and decided that something a little more muffin like and fruity was in need. I selected a recipe for Applesauce and Cinnamon cupcakes. What a wonderful combination! Plus the recipe inludes walnuts and raisins...mmmmmm.They turned out better than expected. The first batch wasn't sweet in the slightest so I ended up making a second batch and adding just 1/4 c. of additional extra fine sugar. Those turned out the best!
